Clinic Hours

Monday - Friday 8:00 am to 5:00 pm

Appointments

Please arrive 15 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment to complete necessary paperwork.

Insurance

As a courtesy, we will submit your insurance claims for you. Please bring your insurance card with you to each visit. Accurate and up-to-date information will help us file your claims promptly.

Co-pays

It is our clinic policy to collect all co-pays at the time of your appointment.

Phone calls

If you have questions regarding your child, please feel free to contact our office at 605-322-KIDS or 888-315-3666. A Patient Services Representative will take your call, pull your child's record and have a nurse return a call to you.

• If you call after 4:00 pm, a call will be returned to you the following day unless it is an emergency.
• Many of our physicians and nurses travel to outreach locations throughout the month. If your physician and nurse happen to be at an outreach for the day, you will receive a call back when they return. This will be communicated to you by the Patient Services Representative.

After hours calls

If you need to speak to your physician after hours, please call our regular office number. You will be connected with our answering service who will in turn page the on-call physician. A call will be returned to you by the on-call physician.

Prescription Refills

If you need a prescription refill, please call during regular office hours and allow 24-48 hours for completion. If you utilize a mail order pharmacy, please allow 4 business days.

Surveys may be handed out to you periodically. Our goal is to provide you and your child an excellent patient experience. Please take a few minutes to fill out these surveys. We value your input.
