Overcoming Self-Destructive Behaviors - Pathways

This eight-week program is for youth with self-injurious and/or self-destructive behaviors.

The purpose of the Pathways group is to:

• Gain understanding of your behaviors
• Identify triggers that lead to behaviors
• Make a commitment to stop
• Learn to de-escalate
• Enhance feeling expression
• Set limits on yourself and others
• Utilize current music to facilitate discussion

The cost for this program is $33.00 per group session. A pre-screening session is required. Parent's night is included at no charge.
