D.A.N.C.E. Program

Our D.A.N.C.E. Program is a learning group designed to help female adolescents, ages 12-16, understand and manage teenage issues. Adolescents are faced with many physical, emotional and social changes. This group can help your adolescent adjust to these changes and will provide her with a safe place to share her concerns and discuss real life issues.

This group will help girls become more aware of peer acceptance issues and help them to use morals and values when responding to these situations. Other topics we discuss include:

  • Body changes
  • Eating disorders
  • Drugs and alcohol
  • Boundaries
  • Healthy relationships
  • Handling bullying
  • And social etiquette
