Scheduling an Appointment at Avera Spencer Family Care

Appointments are scheduled in advance. We make every effort to honor all time commitments. On occasion, emergencies may cause delays. Whenever possible, we will inform you when this happens.

When you call, you'll be transferred to your providers care team or one of our scheduling staff. You will be asked to provide brief information regarding the reason for your visit. Your response helps us determine the length of time needed for your appointment.

If you need to cancel an appointment, kindly notify us at the earliest possible time so we may offer your appointment to another patient. When canceling, give the name of your provider and the date and time of the appointment. We appreciate your referrals and welcome new patients.
