Lifestyle Challenge
Concept:
Developed to promote healthy lifestyles. Through friendly competition, participants are encouraged to increase their exercise and improve their weight while having fun. Educational information is provided to participants.
New for 2010 - 5K Fun Run/Walk in May
Rules:
· Teams consist of 4 participants
· Weigh-ins at beginning and end are required, monthly weigh-ins are recommended.
· To maintain good health and prevent injuries: weight loss and activity minutes have a maximum level. The most any participant can record is 2 hours of activity per day and a total weight loss of 40 pounds.
Congratulations to all participants! 2010 was a very successful Lifestyle Challenge! We hope everyone enjoyed it as much as we did. We look forward to seeing you in 2011!
