What bills can I pay online?
You may pay your hospital bill online using MasterCard, Discover or Visa. Payments are processed within two business days, and there is no fee for making an online payment.
Is this form secure for submitting my credit card information?
Yes. The transaction portion of this web site is protected with the latest encryption software.
Can I view my account balance online?
Online access to account information is not currently available. If you have any billing questions, please call the hospital or clinic billing staff at the numbers listed below.
Who can I call with questions about my account, changes in personal information or making payment arrangements?
For hospital billing, please call the Avera McKennan Business Office at (605) 322-6400. Business Office hours: 8 AM - 5 PM, Monday-Friday.
For clinic billing, please call (605) 322-7510 or toll free (866) 534-3427. Clinic billing staff are available between 8 AM - 4:30 PM, Monday through Friday.
What if I don’t want to pay my bill online?
You can pay your hospital or clinic bill by mail, using a personal check or MasterCard, Visa and Discover. Please refer to your hospital or clinic statement for payment instructions.
